With over a decade of experience as an Electrical Contractor and extensive logistical management in the construction sector, Will brings practical insight and precision to every investment. Asset Type (Strict Criteria)
- Market-rate multifamily communities
- 10+ units preferred (larger SFR portfolios considered)
- No affordable, LIHTC, senior, or Section 8 assets
- No HOA or condominium association deals

Sanford, DeLand, Deltona, Holly Hills, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Stuart, and the Tampa area
Tennessee
Knoxville to Chattanooga corridor

- Price Range: $2M to $20M
- Going-In Cap Rate: 6%+ with clear value-add upside
- Deal Types: Stabilized, light-to-moderate value-add, operational inefficiency plays
- Occupancy: Preference for solid in-place occupancy
- Debt: Loan-maturity and assumable debt scenarios welcome
